FACILITIES / SERVICES

Rest easy at Ten hostel Osaka where your comfort and security are an utmost priority. We have a spacious lounge with a cafe on the first floor. Browse the magazines, travel books from our mini library.

Our building was once a multi-tenant building occupied a restaurant and a pub(1st floor), a mah-jongg parlor(2nd floor), company offices(3rd, 4th floor). We converted a whold building to the accommodation in January-March 2011 with the support of friends, local artists.

Please note, all our facilities are on shared basis as we are designed with backpackers and independent travellers in mind. The building remains of old facilities and atomosphere. We hope you will like this place and enjoy your stay.

Service

Check in time : 1500hrs-2300hrs

Check out time : anytime -1100hrs

Luggage storage is available between 8am-11pm. Check in earlier available if nobody has booked your bed the day before. The entrance is locked until 8am so please arrive after 8am.
If you arrive before 3pm, we proceed the check-in for you and give you a pass code so that you can come back home anytime 24hours at night.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the first-floor lounge.
Neither shared nor private rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, showers, televisions or telephones. Bathrooms and showers are shared by all guests.
At present, TEN is not handicap-accessible. All rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor. Bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
Please make full payment in Japanese Yen at reception when you check in.Please note all credit card transactions are subject to a 5% processing fee.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance should you decide to cancel or make any changes to your booking.
